Philadelphia police cruiser involved in accident in Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An investigation is underway after a Philadelphia police cruiser was rear-ended early Sunday morning in Northeast Philadelphia.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on the 6200 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.

The Action Cam captured the scene, showing minor damage to both the police SUV and a Chevy Impala involved in the collision.

No injuries were reported.

Officials have not released details on what caused the crash.
